Steps to reproduce

1. Install Node 16

2. create project with VUE cli

3. Choose Node-sass as CSS preprocessor

What is expected?

The project can start and work

What is actually happening?

Old old dependency to node-sass (4.12) is added. It is not compatible with Node 16.

The node-sass version should be updated, or dart-sass should be default.

Can you please try the new version 5.0.0-rc.1?

It is working with new versions.
Installed using npm i -g @vue/cli@next.
