No exported member 'ref'

Hello !

Thanks for the work on this. It's certailny an issue with typescript itself but as I am new with it I can't figure what I am doing wrong.

I followed the installation step and my IDE and Rollup build don't stop to tell me that vue-demi does not export all the vue function:

It's not very clear where should I look at. Can you simplify it down or show me the steps to repro?

Seem like I have found the problem. For allowing rollup to build I have to install a version of Vue in dev dependencies.

The build just pass. I will test everything and close this if it fixed my issue.

Maybe add it to the readme if it's the wanted behavior ?
