[1.2.2] - 2026-07-21

Bug Fixes

  • (PI-882) Bug: issue guard's --repo slug comparison ignores gh's optional host, letting same-repo creates bypass create_issue.sh (#883)
  • (PI-881) Bug: PI-845 guard fix ships in project-init-lifecycle without a version bump — existing installs keep the stale hook (#884)
  • (PI-880) Bug: upgrade does not splice new config.yaml blocks (ci:, monitor_ignore_checks) into existing scaffolds (#885)

Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Release 1.2.2 (#886)
