Profile names on Linux and macOS

The profile folder name was cut from the chrome://version path on \ only. On Linux
and macOS that path uses /, so wb windows, /session and /logins showed the whole
path where a name belonged, and an account hint naming the folder (Default,
Profile 3) could never match. Both separators are handled now, in one place.

A pointer to a file that does not exist

The note beside the engine's 127.0.0.1 bind told readers to put gate.js in front of
it for outside access. No such file has ever shipped. The note now says what is
actually needed: your own authenticating proxy in front, with the bind left as it is.
