I thought we were going to refer to 1234.. using the unicode convention, ie. European numerals. Is this a proposal to change that?

Ah, rereading the paragraph, it seems that the plan is still to refer to them as European digits. I think the latter name should be the bold one at the start of the paragraph, and 'Arabic numerals' should be used per "They are also referred to as 'Arabic Numerals' or 'Western Arabic Numerals'."

I think that the terms European Numerals, Arabic-Indic Numerals, and Eastern AIN, should link to the glossary definitions.

Moving this row to the top or bottom would put similar characters (AI and EAI) next to each other.

Putting it on top would make the table sorted by Unicode codepoints.

I think we want to keep IDs all-lower-case.
