scrollbar inherits min and max - should they be removed from supported properties?

scrollbar role inherits aria-valuemin and aria-valuemax from range and yet it lists them in its Supported States and Properties, which is redundant.
Do we care?

According to the definition in https://w3c.github.io/aria/#supportedState and https://w3c.github.io/aria/#inheritedattributes, min and max should be in "Inherited States and Properties" and not in "Supported States and Properties".

Similar for switch inheriting required aria-checked from checkbox while also listing aria-checked in its Required States and Properties.
