[unofficial] Reconstruction of advanced CSS Houdini example

Hi. I working on reconstruction of CSS hoduini examples, or what will if unify plain CSS4 and CSS Houdini.

In journal №1, here is snippet with hybrid of CSS4 images and CSS houdini.

I looked, read documentation of CSS Houdini, CSS4 images, opinion of users... I slightly reconstructed usage of canvas and painting API interop. I will working on far reconstruction of example.
