SHACL-SHACL shape does not restrict severities to relevant classes

The SHACL-SHACL shape does not currently restrict the severities to sh:Info, sh:Warning and sh:Violation

So restricting it to the three values that are included in SHACL core is not technically correct.

I agree with @HolgerKnublauch . sh:Severity is an open class with three members provided, but those three members are not exhaustive.

I could, for example, use custom sh:Severitys to represent OWL-informed data issues, such as with a general ex:OWLInconsistency.
