Generate JSON-LD (and SHACL-C) snippets

As a follow-up to #580 we should generate all JSON-LD and, where applicable, SHACL-C snippets near the end of the editing process.

All of the SHACL-C was auto generated rather than hand crafted. If it is possible to do the same with JSON-LD I propose making it part of the JS code that generates these snippets in the browser, and do not need to be maintained in the git history.
