Since we already have an open issue to add the fxl tests, it would be good to note that support is not guaranteed for both reflowable and fxl content documents. I've added the following paragraph to the note at the start of the section "relationship to the epub content document" where we already explained that svg support isn't guaranteed:

This is the counterpart of w3c/epub-tests#285. Should be merged if that one is merged.
