… using dataset metadata. Example taken from BP3
from: “#ref-crs” and “Specify Coordinate Reference System for high-precision applications” to: “#bp-crs-choice” and “Choose the coordinate reference system to suit your user's applications” … this better reflects the subject of the best practice, the id now follows the pattern for the other BP id’s (e.g. starting with “#bp-”)
… focusing on helping publishers choose which CRS they should use - or actually, when they need something other than WGS84. Other minor editorial. Also updated the requirements reference for BP17 back to the UCR doc.
