I realized that the 'standard durations' (second, day, year etc) were alreay in OWL-Time as :unitSecond, :unitDay, :unitYear etc. All that is needed to rationalize this is to make :TemporalUnit a sub-class of :TemporalDuration. Remove the 'new' individuals (and in the case of :Year, go back to 'deprecated' status).
