The abstract says:

This document defines the application/xml+ttml media type ...

however in section 2 the registered subtype is shown as ttml+xml, i.e. the ordering is incorrect.

Since the registration is logged at http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/ttml+xml the value in section 2 is correct and the abstract should be amended to fix this inconsistency.
