No use is made of the [XML 1.1] reference, so it should be removed.

The Working Group just discussed [XML 1.1] reference should be removed. #464, and agreed to the following resolutions:

  • RESOLUTION: No use is made of the XML 1.1 reference so remove it.

It turned out there were three references that failed to actually make use of the bibliographic entry. I am fixing these three to correctly make use of the reference instead of removing the reference from the bibliography.
