Bitstring Status List Entry missing terms

Not sure how to fix this, but the Bitstring Status List Entry is missing the terms for the StatusMessage feature.

The terms are present in the BitstringStatusList property but not under the BitstringStatusListEntry property:

The missing terms as far as I can tell are:

• statusMessage
• statusSize
• statusReference

Fixed in w3c/vc-data-model@b4d990e and 62854e6.

Please check to make sure you can run your tests with safe mode on to verify that the fixes work, please.

@msporny I can confirm that it is working 100% with safe mode with my PR w3c/vc-bitstring-status-list-test-suite#63 that fixes some minor test suite issues.
