When performing pointer actions the coordinates should support fractional numbers #1880
Description
This is based on the following wpt test: web-platform-tests/wpt#26728
Recently support for fractional numbers was as well added to Firefox but in our WebDriver specification we do only allow integer numbers.
Chrome via CDP already supports fractional numbers and passes Playwright tests, while for Firefox it's failing due to our restrictions. See microsoft/playwright#34665 as example.
