also had to edit the intro section to mention discovery, updated the diagram to show (possible, optional) use of a TDD, and addition of the definition of TDD to terminology. |

It would be useful to get a security/privacy review of the new/rewritten section since it mentions security and privacy as a priority of the design. Asked @OliverPfaff and @Citrullin in the security call July 12. |
