Order of assertions in Implementation Reports should follow order in specifications

The current order of the assertions in the table of all assertion reports
appears to be sorted. This is hard to review wrt. to the specification text.
Please arrange these tables in the implementation reports in the same order,
in which the assertions occur in the specifications
