New Agents

Devin CLI & Desktop sessions are now discovered and synced automatically from ~/.local/share/devin/cli/sessions.db. Token usage, ACU cost, file edits with diffs, todos, skills, tool errors, and subagent tags are all captured (#1221).
Devin cloud sessions (app.devin.ai) sync over the Agent Client Protocol via the Devin CLI's devin acp --cloud subcommand. Devin Enterprise tenants on custom hosts are supported, and the daemon matches sessions to your account by resolving your SCIM identity aliases. Recordings are downloaded and published as screencasts; inline screenshots appear as images rather than placeholders (#1222, #1298).
OpenCode 2 is supported (#1328).
Gemini CLI 0.64+ append-only JSONL sessions (written to named project directories under .gemini/) are discovered and ingested alongside the older JSON format. Mixed tool results, file-edit diffs, subagent runs, token usage, and compaction are all captured (#1382).

Features

hivemind fork from inside a running session. Running !hivemind fork from Claude Code (or hivemind fork via Codex's shell tool) detects the current session and forks it directly into Forager. The command prints the resulting session URL; if Forager is unavailable, it prints a local-fork command instead (#1285).
Faster forks. Fork handoffs now pass user prompts and the final agent response per turn as a deterministic transcript, skipping tool calls and reasoning. This removes the LLM compaction step. Use --full-history to include all intermediate activity (#1342).
hivemind notify — agent-triggered mobile push notifications. Agents can send you an iOS push with hivemind notify "Your preview is ready". A hivemind-notify skill is installed alongside the tagging skill so agents discover the command automatically. Tapping a notification opens the linked session in the app (#1247, #1321).
Demo video skills expanded.
- hivemind install-skill demo-video --with-vhs adds a VHS companion for terminal, ASCII, and TUI demo videos using replayable Charm VHS tapes (#1265).
- hivemind install-skill demo-video --with-ios-simulator adds an iOS Simulator companion for recording app demos, with captioned steps, tap-ring overlays, and automatic bundle packaging for hivemind screencast publish (#1307).
- Optional skills (demo-video, vhs, ios-simulator) now refresh automatically on daemon start wherever HiveMind installed them, so you always get the latest version without re-running install-skill (#1297).
Devin cloud under launchd/systemd. The daemon now searches well-known install directories (e.g. ~/.local/bin) for the Devin CLI in addition to PATH, so cloud sync works correctly when the daemon runs as a system service. hivemind doctor and hivemind status surface guidance when the CLI is missing (#1298).

Fixes

Fixed a crash in Codex git normalization when a shell command returned a dict-valued output field instead of a string (#1278).
Fixed Codex sessions losing track of branch switches and missing PR URLs that arrived via a delayed write_stdin poll (#1217).
Fixed Claude web polling stopping permanently after an OAuth token rotation. The daemon now re-reads refreshed credentials from disk before giving up (#1357).
Fixed cache-write token pricing returning $0 when a vendor entry was removed from the upstream price catalog, causing cost calculations to be silently wrong (#1159).

Reliability

Large uploads (e.g. sessions with many pasted screenshots) are now automatically split into slices under the 20 MiB limit and sent in consecutive requests. Partial failures resume from the last successfully uploaded entry on the next sync cycle, rather than retrying the full payload indefinitely (#1226).
