0.5.2

@github-actions github-actions released this 26 Oct 14:47

Fixes

  • Signing in with Grok or GitHub Copilot now opens the sign-in page in your browser, where you type the code shown in Settings. Before, the page did not open and no link was shown, so there was nowhere to enter the code.

Notes

  • The macOS build is not signed or notarized. On first launch macOS may say the app is "damaged"; the README explains how to open it.

0.5.1

@github-actions github-actions released this 25 Oct 22:29

New

  • Python syntax highlighting in code exercises. The exercise editor and the answered-code card now color Python (keywords, strings, numbers, comments), in both light and dark themes.

Notes

  • The macOS build is not signed or notarized. On first launch macOS may say the app is "damaged"; the README explains how to open it.

0.5.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 25 Oct 21:03

New

  • Session progress rings. Each teaching session in the sidebar now shows how much of its plan you have learned. A step counts once you pass a check on it (a quiz answered correctly, or a code exercise whose tests pass); a finished plan shows a ring with a check. Sessions without a plan and practice sessions show no ring.
  • Sign in with GitHub Copilot or Grok in Settings, without entering an API key. Copilot supports github.com accounts only (GitHub Enterprise is not supported) and lists only the models your plan includes.

Fixes

  • macOS: prevent the backend process from creating a second, generic "exec" Dock icon.

Notes

  • The macOS build is not signed or notarized. On first launch macOS may say the app is "damaged"; the README explains how to open it.
  • This release also brings in upstream LearnHarness 0.3.4.
