• The session list now shows what is alive: running sessions no longer carry a small dot — a wave drifts along the bottom border of the row, so you can find the busy one at a glance.
• Unread badges are yellow and vertically centred on the right edge: red is reserved for actual errors, while unread only means "there is something new". The jump-to-unread bar also gained a ✕ to dismiss it (dismissing does not mark anything read).
• The ⋯ button on session rows became a context menu: the icon used to flicker down the whole column as the pointer moved; now the menu only appears on right-click, and deleting a running session stays disabled with the reason shown.
• "New session" and its dropdown are separate controls on the same row. The dropdown used to live inside the same shell, so a slightly off click on "New session" landed on it.
• The small-size icon frames were retuned: the S inside now sits at 0.72 and the glow is back (it had been dropped for legibility at small sizes).
• "Add project" in the code view can use the system folder picker — no more typing paths by hand; picking one adds it to the list directly.

• 「更换工作区」浮窗修好了：它之前是透明的（背景色写成了主题里不存在的名字，浏览器直接把那条样式丢掉了），
  输入框也跟着看不见边框 —— 现在浮窗走设计语言里那套磨砂面，输入框有 1px 描边、底色比浮面更深一档。
• 未读只在你没看的时候累计：窗口不在前台，或者你不在那个会话上，才算未读；
  正看着某个会话时，进来的消息不再被算成"未读"，切走再切回来也不会冒出红点。
• 未读跳转条不再通栏：宽度只包住文字、居中，像一颗按钮而不是一条分隔线。
• 提示音不再抢跑：以前 agent 还在跑的时候偶尔就响了（合成轮的让位结果、群成员的轮次、个别 agent
  先报"这一轮结束"再继续动作都会触发）。现在终态到达后先安静 1.2 秒，确认这段时间里没有新的 agent 活动才响。
• 标签页宽度分三档：标签少时 200px、变多时按可用宽度收窄、收到 120px 还不够才把多出来的放进右侧下拉。
  以前一律固定 120px，两个标签也顶着那个宽度、右边空一大片。
• 标题栏头像不再贴着最小化按钮：左右各留 16px，和窗口按钮自己的内缩对齐。

• The "change workspace" popover is fixed. It had a transparent background (the background class referenced a token that does not exist, so the browser silently dropped it) and the input had no visible border. It now uses the app's frosted surface, and the input has a 1px outline with a deeper background than the panel.
• Unread counts only accumulate while you are not looking. They now require either the window being in the background or you being in a different session — messages arriving while you watch a session are no longer counted, so switching away and back no longer shows a red badge.
• The jump-to-unread bar is no longer full width — it hugs its text and sits centered, reading as a button instead of a divider.
• The reply sound no longer fires early. It used to chime while the agent was still working (synthesized hand-over results, member turns, and agents that report "turn finished" before continuing all triggered it). A turn's end now has to stay quiet for 1.2s before the chime plays.
• Tab width has three stages: 200px when there are few tabs, shrinking toward the available width as they multiply, and 120px minimum before the rest move into the overflow menu. It used to be a fixed 120px, so two tabs sat at that width with a large empty gap on the right.
• The GitHub avatar in the title bar no longer hugs the minimize button — 16px of padding on both sides, matching the window buttons' own inset.

• 换工作目录不用再新建会话。消息流顶部那条状态栏最左边的目录现在能点：第一条消息之前随时换，
  本地连接开系统的目录选择器，WSL / SSH 连接直接在面板里浏览远端目录（能进子目录、上一级、手输 ~ 路径）。
• 发出第一条消息之后就锁定，只读并能复制路径 —— 那时 agent 已经在这个目录里干过活了，换目录等于换了脑子。
• 设置 → 连接 → 工作目录也接了同一个浏览入口，配连接时不必再手打路径。
• 新会话不再一打开就在 agent 那边占一条空会话。现在第一条消息发出时才真正创建，
  点开又关掉的标签、只是想看一眼的连接，都不会在对方的存储里留下垃圾。
• 一个已知变化：因为会话是发第一条消息时才建，状态栏的模式选择器也会在那之后出现。

• Switch the working directory without starting a new session. The folder at the left of the status bar above the message stream is now clickable: change it any time before your first message. Local connections open the system folder picker; WSL / SSH connections browse the remote filesystem right in the panel (drill into subfolders, go up a level, or type a path with ~).
• It locks after the first message — read-only, path still copyable. By then the agent has already worked in that directory; switching it would swap its memory out from under it.
• Settings → Connections → Working directory uses the same browser, so you no longer have to type the path by hand when setting up a connection.
• New sessions no longer create an empty session on the agent side the moment you open them. The session is created when you send the first message, so tabs you open and close — or connections you just peek at — leave no junk behind in the agent's storage.
• One known consequence: because the session only exists after the first message, the mode picker in the status bar appears after that first message too.

• Fixed a hard blocker: the Microsoft Store build (MSIX) failed on launch with "cannot connect to localhost". The UI assets were not embedded at package time, so it tried to reach the dev server. They are embedded now, and the pipeline fails outright if that step is ever skipped — no more "installs fine, won't start" packages.
• Everything from 0.0.13 is included (store builds open Microsoft Store from the update section, markdown release notes, unread badge position, no self-spawned turn after switching sessions, "thinking" on the first message of a new session).

• In the Microsoft Store build, the "check for updates" button now opens Microsoft Store. Store builds are updated by the Store; previously they still fetched the update manifest from GitHub and logged an error whenever that failed.
• Store builds no longer show "you're up to date" or download progress: there is no on-demand check, updates are delivered by Microsoft Store in the background (pull them manually from Library → Get updates).
• The installer / portable builds behave exactly as before.
• The test MSIX package now installs without fuss (publisher carries the unsigned-namespace part; install it from an elevated PowerShell).

• The unread count moved to the bottom-right of each session row (just below the ⋯ menu). It used to sit after the title and squeezed the title once the count grew.
• While a session is running, the spinner is vertically centred in the row instead of hanging off the title line.
• "Thinking" now shows on the first message of a new session. It was sometimes closed early by a placeholder turn, so the text appeared out of nowhere.
• Stopping a reply no longer spawns a new question-and-answer turn. Previously the agent's tail was treated as a fresh turn, so switching back looked like the session had talked to itself.
• An agent woken up in the background still shows up, so the fix above does not swallow that case.
• There is now a Microsoft Store package (MSIX); it is an unsigned test build and installing it needs Windows Developer Mode.

• 新建会话发第一条消息，会先出现「思考中」。之前这种情况看不到思考行，文字像凭空冒出来。
• 回答不再被拆成另一个「轮」。以前问完一句，回答偶尔被记成一条独立的新对话，停止或追问会接错线；现在问答挂在同一轮上。
• 切换会话，滚动位置回到你上次看的地方，输入框里的草稿也按会话各自保存（以前会串到另一个会话）。
• 标签栏有了最小宽度和溢出下拉。标签多到放不下时，多余的收进右侧下拉按钮，不再被压扁、关闭按钮不再压到隔壁；标签可以 pin，重启后还在。
• 会话标题改用 agent 的总结（比截断首条消息更贴题），重启后保持。
• 侧栏列表项改了：去掉 cwd 行，显示 Agent 名字和图标；会话正在跑时标题右边有 loading；最右侧红色数字是未读条数，打开会话后清零，并可从浮动按钮跳到第一条未读。
• 更新说明按 markdown 显示：加粗、列表、反引号、链接都正常，不再把 ** 原样露出来。

• "Thinking" now appears on the very first message of a new session. Previously the row was missing and the text seemed to come out of nowhere.
• Replies belong to the question's turn again. A reply could occasionally be filed as a separate conversation, which broke stop and follow-up; Q and A now stay in one turn.
• Switching sessions restores your scroll position, and composer drafts are kept per session instead of leaking into the next one.
• Tab strip: minimum width and an overflow menu. When tabs no longer fit, the extras move into a menu on the right instead of being squeezed together, and tabs can be pinned (pinned tabs survive a restart).
• Session titles come from the agent's summary instead of a truncated first message, and they persist.
• Session list rows were reworked: no cwd line, agent name and icon, a spinner while the session runs, and a red unread badge on the right that clears when you open it — with a button that jumps to the first unread message.
• Release notes are rendered as markdown in Settings → Update: bold, lists, inline code and links all format properly instead of showing raw **.

• 打开「添加项目」不再闪黑色终端窗口。以前每打开一次会闪几下（要问 gh 三件事：版本、登录态、仓库列表），
  现在这些后台调用都不会再弹窗口。
• 不再误报「GitHub CLI 不可用」。之前只要应用自身所在目录不是 git 仓库，就会顶出这条提示 ——
  哪怕 gh 装好、也登录了。现在只有"真的没装"或"真的没登录"才会提示，后者还带一个「复制 gh auth login」按钮。
• 标题栏显示你的 GitHub 头像（三个窗口按钮左边）。没装 gh 或没登录时，同一位置显示「未登录」；
  头像是异步取的，不影响启动速度。

• 添加项目可以直接从 GitHub 挑了。点「添加项目」，会列出你账号下的仓库，每行标着它和本地的关系：
  已有副本（点一下就加进来）、需 clone（还没拉到本地）、仅浏览（只看 PR，不落地）。
• 项目会被记住了。以前加完关掉应用就没了；现在会存下来，重启还在。常用的可以置顶，
  列表按「置顶 → 最近用过 → 名称」排。
• 没有本地副本的项目也能看 PR。以前这类项目点进去 PR 是空的 —— 它非要先在本机找到那个目录不可。
  现在只看远端就够了。
• 本地目录填错时不再没反应。不是 git 仓库、或者仓库没配远端，错误都直接显示在输入框下面，
  告诉你到底哪一步不对。
• 设置按钮旁边能看到版本号和 beta 角标，不用再翻「关于」。
• 修复：在 Windows 上添加磁盘根目录（比如 C:\）会多出一个冒号，导致这个路径之后再也对不上。

本次内容

• 滑窗"只增不减"的真凶找到了：窗口裁剪的 pin 列表里塞了「被引用的原消息」，而裁剪边界是
  「pinned 落在裁剪区间内就把边界收到它之前」—— 会话里只要任意位置有一条引用，裁剪量就被压到接近 0，
  于是滚到最底部也不销毁历史。现在 pin 只保留正在流式的那条和未发送气泡，
  运行中的 turn 也只 pin 末尾 60 行；被引用的原消息改由「更早的消息」占位接管（这条降级本来就写了，
  是之前被 pin 架空没生效）。
• 往上翻历史不再被拽回底部：裁剪会在同一瞬间改变内容高度和滚动位置，贴底跟随的判据恰好在这两步之间
  采样，会被瞬时判成"在底部"从而触发跳底。现在程序化滚动（裁剪补偿、锚点恢复、跳底本身）都有一个
  120ms 的保护窗，窗内滚动只允许把"是否在底部"置为否；你自己手滚到底仍然照常跟随，流式追底不受影响。
  另外锚点所在那行如果被裁掉，不再回退到第一行硬跳一次。
• 思考组件的头部图标不再"看着偏上"：图标是按文本基线摆的，svg 落在基线上会带上下沉的空白，
  再加上人为加的 1px 偏移 —— 换成固定行盒 + 交叉轴居中，跟字号无关。
• "运行中发送"（打断 / 排队 / 引导）挪进设置，作为全局项。它本来就是全局设置，只是入口长在输入框
  工具行上，看着像只对当前会话生效，还挤占输入行空间。默认仍是打断，行为一字未改。
• 新增四条诊断（WINDOW-TRIM / WINDOW-PIN-SHRINK / WINDOW-ANCHOR-LOST / FOLLOW-END），
