An instance group is defined as a set of label equalities, all of which must apply e.g.,
{image=microwiki/pages,version=0.4}
denotes instances where the image is microwiki/pages and the label version is set to 0.4.
A service can be given any number of instance groups; the instances enrolled in the service will be the union of all those selected.
Each group is given a name, and this can be used to remove it from the service.
