Invalid `transactionPollingTimeout` compared to `transactionPollingInterval`

Current Behavior

Currently the transactionPollingTimeout is configured to be less than transactionPollingInterval. For which the transaction pooling is actually not functional.

Expected Behavior

As per 1.x transactionPollingTimeout it should be 750 seconds, but its misconfigured as 750 ms.
