The Apple Business Manager site works well as long as user agent override is put in place to mimic Chrome through developer tools. The exact user agent working as of 2024-01-15 is Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/120.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Making progress on this front. Not yet resolved. Just saying that this is actively tracked inside Apple.

Thanks for the update @karlcow.
I'll close this in favour of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1741576 as we're moving our process to bugzilla
