SVG/CSS Style Bug: alignment-baseline, dominant-baseline

What seems to be the trouble?(Required)

• Layout is messed up

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Attribute/alignment-baseline#Example
2. Scroll down to Live Example

Expected Behavior:
To work properly, like Chrome

Actual Behavior:
See screenshot (Chrome , Safari and Firefox)

dominant-baseline has similar issue with Firefox (see hanging below) . It works fine with Chrome and Safari though.

The dominant-baseline issue is not duplicate. Also se issue with Safari.
