Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. For me mobile layout is received.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 201021 (🦎 83.0a1-20201016094031)
Operating System: Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density), Huawei P20 Lite (Android 8.0.0) - 1080 x 2280 pixels, 19:9 ratio (~432 ppi density)

Reporter could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, or use a clean profile, and check again?
