Description: Open In App not opening in app
Steps to Reproduce:
Website is an Instagram account, so I'm trying to use the Open In App feature to open it in the Instagram app. However, themenu option only gives me the options to reopen it in the same browser, regular Firefox or Chrome.

Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue. After signing into my account, tapping right side top bar button, redirects to "Messages" page displaying a popup to open then in the app. Tapping "Use the App" does not redirect to the Instagram app (which is installed on the device). Also "Open links in apps" options is enabled in "Settings".

Note: The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 90.0a1 (🦎 90.0a1-20210520095745)
Operating System: Google Pixel 5 (Android 11) - 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~432 ppi density)
