Rename webdock package to platform and type names

Rename package from webdock to platform and update related identifiers: Webdock -> WebdockPlatform, adjust method receivers (e.g., Ping), update New() constructors to return WebdockPlatform, and change references in webdock.go to use the platform alias and the Platform field. These are identifier refactors with no functional logic changes.
