update querystring-es3 version

querystring-es3 package has been updated to make its API up to date with Node 6. It may be important for some people using newer API methods.

For example, there is an issue in aws4 package, that uses querystring.escape: mhart/aws4#46 Because of that, the package is not useful in Webpack, but works well with Browserify.

Updating dependency would solve this as well as other similar issues

Hello. It was published under the next dist tag under version 1.0.0-0 in April 2017. It still needs thorough testing before it's ready to be upgraded in webpack/browserify. Any help with testing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This library is deprecated and won't accept Pull Requests that include Breaking Changes or new Features. Only bugfixes are accepted.
