First stable release. From here on Torque follows semantic versioning strictly: breaking changes wait for 2.0. See UPGRADE.md for the 0.18 to 1.0 notes.

Added

• 1.0.0 data upgrade step. On the first torque:start after the deploy, UpgradeRunner deletes the pre-rollup {prefix}metrics:buckets hash once (only under the configured prefix) and logs it as legacy keys. A second start at the same version does not run it again, and an already missing key reports 0.

Removed

• The on-the-fly metrics:buckets migration. MetricsPublisher no longer checks for the 0.15.x hash on its first write or read to move it into the minute tier, and StreamHousekeeper::deepClean() no longer deletes it. Installs coming from 0.15.x or older should start any 0.16 to 0.18 release once first to keep the last day of minute history.

Changed

• StreamHousekeeper::deepClean() reports the stale worker hash sweep as worker_hashes instead of legacy_keys, and torque:prune --deep labels it Stale worker hashes. The sweep itself is unchanged.
