Fixed
list_sessions finds a session under any spelling of its cwd. A session's working directory was saved exactly as the client sent it, so filtering by /home/me/project/, a path with .. or one through a symlink missed sessions saved as /home/me/project. The cwd is now canonicalized when it exists on this machine, both when it's saved (new_session, load_session) and when it's used as a filter, so sessions saved by earlier versions match too. A client's own path that doesn't exist here is kept as given.
Memory writes wait for each other instead of failing with SQLITE_BUSY. Two handles on one memory database (several clients in one process, or the app and the CLI) could fail remember, forget, edits and re-embedding at once whenever the other was writing. Writes now take the write lock up front and wait up to 5 seconds for it.
