[Feature] Open file from CMD and auto go to offset

What feature would you like to see?

1. Open file with iamhex.exe -offset 19452 --open c:\myfile.exe and automatically go to offset jump go to 19452 bytes.
2. If file already open and command run gain simply go to offset

How will this feature be useful to you and others?

Can create navigation links using Excel hyperlink feature or use HTML format to quickly navigate values that needs to be edited.
