What feature would you like to see?

Don't scroll the hex-editor view down if values fit completely in 'visible range'
I'm not sure if it should not scroll either when values don't fit in 'visible range' but 'start in visible range'. Probably: also don't scroll.

How will this feature be useful to you and others?

Greatly benefit UX
