confusing nutrition diary form state and integration of OFF scan result #591

Description

Steps to Reproduce

  1. scan a food item that has a generic name, such as "milk". in this example i used https://se.openfoodfacts.org/product/7350038191021/milk-em%C3%A5mejeriet
  2. wger will show a dialog saying it found the product, and if i want to use it
  3. hit "continue"
  4. the text box is now populated with the name of the product. this actually triggers a new search, and it will show suggestions like this:
    Screenshot_20240526-194352
Note that the milk i have scanned is the 3rd one, but it is impossible to see that in the UI
  5. when you close the popup suggestion. it's not clear which of the items is chosen. the form looks exactly the same, whether it is "loaded" with a valid item, or not

Expected results:

  • form should distinguish between "loaded an item" and "searching for an item" state.
this is true for both the "scanned an item", and "searched for an item via text" state
  • when scanning, don't confuse me by showing other products with the same name
