Material 3 style changes: typography, nav. bar, and more

Proposal to change the look of the app to be more consistent with the look of the new website.

Changes include:

• A new display font
• A Material 3 navigation bar
• Appbars that blend with the background
• Other style tweaks

Thanks for the PR!!

I am still not sure whether to have the bottom or the top navigation bar in blue. At the moment, I'm tending to color the top one, like whatsapp does.

(also, we should make sure we use the different elevated, filled, etc. buttons more consistently before merging this)

I personally prefer having the AppBar blend with the content, as I feel it gives the app a lighter look (that is also the reason why I designed the wger homepage that way), but it's completely up to you.

As for the buttons, I don't think I made any changes to them in this PR.
