I can attest to having learned about https://github.com/tc39/proposal-dynamic-import, forgotten about it, having come to this repository, and felt seriously saddened thinking module-loading has had no progress since June. Merging this PR would significantly reduce bad-feels surrounding module loading, by providing some useful linkage to pertinent follow-up resources. Good PR, thanks domenic. |

I got sick of all the dupe pull requests so I figured it was time to make things clearer.
