RykenSlimeCustomizer 3.1.11 separates conditionally skipped addon definitions from real registration failures, removes empty late-init log duplication, and preserves Paper 26.3 validation with the Java 21 universal baseline. The Legacy suffix version scheme is replaced by the standard SF_RykenSlimeCustomizer3.1.11.jar public artifact.
