New features
att_link() — register REST APIs, data portals, and other live URLs as provenance-tracked sources without downloading files. Writes provenance.json with origin = "link" and a .url Internet Shortcut. All downstream functions (att_check(), att_verify(), att_export(), att_import()) handle linked sources.
att_export() / att_import() — portable JSON manifests for sharing data acquisition workflows across projects.
att_add_metadata() — add metadata files to an existing source without re-downloading data.
att_register() archive support — local .zip, .tar.gz, and .tgz archives are now extracted and classified just like remote archives.
att_download() now supports .tar.gz and .tgz archives in addition to .zip.
att_cite() now generates a data-sources.md APA-style plain-text citation file alongside data-sources.bib.
Bug fixes

api.gbif.org and www.canada.ca by forcing HTTP/1.1 in all requests.
