Minor rather than patch: currentUser / currentUserAsync are new API on
IVCProvider and on the module surface of both ports.

Additive for implementors in both languages - the C# interface members carry
default bodies, the JS dispatch uses optional chaining - so an existing provider
outside this repo keeps working without change.
