Desktop includes its own Node.js runtime. No separate Node.js or CLI installation is required.
Existing CLI accounts and cached messages use the same local data directory.
macOS uses ad-hoc signing (not notarized); allow the app in Privacy & Security when prompted. Windows installers are unsigned.
