Fixed — TypeScript types for remarque-tokens/deck

  • New deck.d.ts declares createDeck, bindPicker and their option and return types, and the ./deck and ./deck.js exports carry it. A TypeScript consumer importing the deck failed astro check with TS7016 ("could not find a declaration file"). That was found while adopting the deck on the flagship. test-types.mjs checks that the declarations match what deck.js exports. No token or CSS change.
