Hey i saw your discussion on the akkadian syllabification on cltk, I have written some scripts myself to count the readings in glossaries of ORACC, like the ones in here.
When I see your csv on cuneiform signs, i thought it might be interesting to add sign frequencies according to period/corpus. Besides the code is just sitting around in my laptop and i don't think i'll do anything spectacular with it in the long run. If you are interested, i can add the code here, or send you a gist ?
