What changed

Regenerated the dictionary pack: 62 → 63 namespaces (2711 keys).

The pack is generated from the zh dictionaries of every installed client bundle, so a
new bundle means a new namespace to convert. dsh-quick-workspace registers a
quickWorkspace dictionary that the pack did not cover, which meant Traditional users
saw that one namespace fall back to Simplified while the rest of the UI was
Traditional.

No other namespace or key count changed.

Adds a 繁體中文 language to DeepSeek Harness's web GUI — no Host patch, no change to any other plugin.

• Registers the zh-Hant locale through ctx.locale.addLanguage, so it appears in Settings → General → 語言 and <html lang> follows it.
• 62 namespaces, 2,699 keys, generated from the zh dictionaries the installed build already registers (OpenCC cn → tw → twp), so it survives a DSH upgrade via npm run build.
• fallback: 'zh' on purpose: a key a future release adds degrades to Simplified rather than dropping English into a Chinese menu.
• Leaves third-party copy alone — dshmarket never calls ctx.locale, so its own strings stay as they are.

If the Plugins panel lists it but the 語言 menu does not, restart dsh web — a server started before the install keeps the client module graph it built at boot.
