Fixes headless preflight rejection when firmware exposes more than two RTX display children. The updated wrapper discovered and validated the local display graph, completed automatic unlock, and handed off to Windows on the documented ASUS RTX 3090 system. This release is source-only; local EFI binaries and firmware are not included. The updated boot path was hardware-verified, but no new performance benchmark was run for this release.

Windows GPU UNLOCK v0.3.0 — headless internal boot

One ASUS TUF GAMING B650M-PLUS WIFI BIOS 3057 / RTX 3090 FE system completed a headless internal boot: RTX GOP 1 → 0, one guarded unlock, direct Windows return, and FP16 124.97 / BF16 128.93 TFLOPS across three benchmark trials. All monitors were on the RTX. The 7800X3D still has an iGPU; CPUs without an iGPU, other boards/cards and headless USB are not validated.

Start here

Prepare a separate 1 GiB GPT FAT32 ESP while preserving the Windows ESP/recovery partitions; Configure and build for your own partition GUIDs; use Headless.ps1 -Assets ... -Register; test the F8 headless entry without further keys; only after successful Windows return and performance confirmation use -EnableAutomatic -ConfirmedSuccess. -RestoreWindowsFirst works independently of build/EFI/config presence.

The source ZIP includes sequential bilingual guides, the separate headless implementation, a provenance-checked stage/register/confirmed-promotion/recovery installer, and sanitized performance records. New headless EFI images must be built locally. NVIDIA firmware/assets, PROM/BIOS dumps and machine configuration are excluded. Unchanged historical USB EFI remains in release/ for the distinct legacy AMD-display/manual route; it is not the new headless image.

Validation: headless release replay 6,305 checks; flow 39; actual child/core 16 modes; original release regression 9,842; public package helper 44 and actual installer with mocked disk/BCD/registry 18; actual public build/stage-only passed with the successful EFI hashes unchanged. Public installer registration/promotion, repeated cold boots and sleep/resume remain hardware unverified. No controlled locked baseline or game/ComfyUI improvement is claimed.

This remains an experimental, exact-profile source pre-release, not a universal 30-series or no-iGPU-CPU installer. Review compatibility and recovery steps before changing firmware settings. Verify the downloaded source ZIP against SHA256SUMS.txt.

    FP16 125.91 / BF16 128.93 TFLOPS를 확인했습니다. 각 3회 중앙값이며 다른 GPU 활동이 있었습니다.
  • 출력 경로 자동 식별, 제한된 PCI 오류 상태 비교, 인계 단계 오류 표시를 추가했습니다.
  • 별도 자동판은 U 없이 한 번 실행하며 Esc 취소·기존 hardware guard·실패 시 정지를 유지합니다.
  • 자동판 첫 실제 부팅은 아직 미검증입니다. 공개 설치 adapter의 등록/승격도 실기 미검증입니다.
    수동 성공부터 확인하는 실험용 pre-release입니다. 다른 카드/보드/BIOS 지원을 추가하지 않았습니다.
  • 소스 ZIP에는 GPL 소스·EDK2 헤더·안내·검사와 기존 USB 수동 EFI가 있습니다.
    새 내부 EFI는 자신의 파티션 GUID로 직접 빌드합니다. 펌웨어 5개·PROM·BIOS·로컬 식별자는 제외합니다.
  • Public builds reproduced all four local EFI hashes. Host tests cover the actual automatic app/core,
    9,842 full-release checks, 39 handoff-flow checks, 291 console checks, transaction rollback and copy attribution.
    These are software tests, not proof of automatic firmware success or long-term stability.

Do not use the legacy release/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI as an automatic boot image.
Follow internal-boot/Configure.ps1 → Build.ps1 → manual registration/testing → optional automatic mode.
Recovery: F8 → Windows Boot Manager, then Install.ps1 -RestoreWindowsFirst.

The source archive's corresponding-source manifest and SHA256 are included. Firmware and private fixtures
are not redistributed. The v0.1.0 USB source/EFI and provenance remain unchanged.

Windows GPU UNLOCK — RTX 3090 Windows case study

실제 성공한 RTX3090 24GiB / AMD iGPU / ASUS B650M-PLUS WIFI 포트와 한국어 가이드입니다.

  • 언락 후 재부팅 없이 Boot Override → Windows Boot Manager로 진입.
  • Windows 드라이버 617.14 유지. 동일 CUDA12.6/cuBLAS 측정: FP16 70.55 → 125.91 TFLOPS (+78.5%), BF16 70.53 → 128.70 TFLOPS (+82.5%). 각 상태 3회 중앙값.
  • 대응 공개 소스로 재빌드한 EFI가 실제 성공 USB EFI와 byte-for-byte 동일.
  • host mock 10그룹, PE 음성 검사와 패키징 검사 5개 통과.

특정 PC에 고정된 실험 코드입니다. 모든 RTX3090/30시리즈에서 그대로 작동하지 않습니다. 지원 검사 거부를 우회하지 마세요. 장기 안정성과 ComfyUI 실제 속도는 별도 검증 대상입니다.
