WindStack 2.3.0 adds native Vexanium transaction resource estimation and account resource checks.

What's new

• Added estimateResources() for Vexanium transactions using Antelope compute_transaction without broadcasting state changes.
• Added CPU, NET, and RAM resource snapshots through AccountClient.resources().
• Added direct resource sufficiency checks through checkResources().
• Added RpcClient.computeTransaction().
• Added normalized transaction resource usage with CPU microseconds, NET words/bytes, and RAM deltas grouped by account.

Verified on Vexanium

Resource estimation was validated against Vexanium Mainnet using native compute_transaction, including transactions that allocate RAM.

Observed dry-run resource data included:

• CPU execution usage
• NET byte usage
• RAM allocation by payer
• Successful transaction execution without broadcasting state changes

All 13 WindStack packages are released as 2.3.0.
