WindStack 2.3.2 adds actionable Vexanium resource preflight and funding estimates.

Added

• Structured CPU, NET, and RAM requirements for Vexanium transaction preflight.
• Resource shortages now return insufficient_resources instead of a generic transaction failure.
• CPU and NET VEX stake estimates based on current account stake and live resource capacity.
• Suggested CPU and NET stake amounts with a safety margin.
• Live RAM purchase quotes from vexcore::rammarket.
• quoteRam(bytes) for direct RAM cost estimates.
• Native contract RAM sizing for setcode and setabi.
• Requirement certainty levels: exact, minimum, estimate, and unknown.

Changed

• tx_cpu_usage_exceeded, tx_net_usage_exceeded, and ram_usage_exceeded are treated as resource preflight results.
• Non-resource execution failures continue to throw VexaniumProviderError.

This release enables applications to show current resources, required resources, deficits, and the estimated VEX needed before deployment.
