Added
A failed run says what went wrong (cli-core 0.425.0): memo runs list and memo runs show gain error, with its class, code, reason, masked message and a short stack.
memo store info describes the shared store: where it is, its schema against the one memo reads (schema.reason, and schema.upgrade — what memo's next run moves it to), and which tools used it. It opens the store read-only, so WireCat Desktop can tell whether memo can read the store.
memo skill status says, for each agent, whether its installed SKILL.md matches this version, and memo skill show --for claude|agents prints the copy installed there (cli-base 0.56). memo skill show, skill install and skill status take --json, as tg's do: memo has no global --json, so each skill command has its own.
Fixed
The MCP tools describe memo's own commands, not a messenger's.memo_tools_search offers "list", "show", "change a setting" in place of "unread", "send message", "chat members"; memo_write says "creates, edits, deletes" in place of "sends, edits, deletes, joins"; the example command of memo_read and memo_write is notes list, not messages list, which memo does not have; and the answer's text is "names, titles, what people wrote" (cli-core 0.426.0).
Help no longer says "Availability: available for this profile", since memo has no profiles; a command that cannot run still says why. memo --help says zm and drive are "searchable with your other WireCat data".
MCP no longer offers a command group that only prints its help, such as models; its commands are still offered one by one.
The person-brief and decision-trail guide steps for tg, max, zm and drive name the profile, as those commands need: tg personal contacts context Kai.
