memo doctor reports files and folders other users can read, with the chmod that fixes each.files in memo doctor --json is { checked, ok, problems }, each problem { path, mode, want }, the shape every WireCat doctor uses: the config file and the store with its -wal and -shm files want 0600; the config folder, the run log folder and the store's folder (unless MESSAGING_STORE names the store) want 0700. With --json the fix goes to stderr as to make it private: chmod 600 '<path>'; the text output lists it with the other problems. Nothing is changed on disk, and these problems leave the exit code alone, as config problems do. Windows is not checked: files is { checked: false, reason }.
Every change memo saves to config.json leaves it owner-only (0600) (cli-base 0.57.0). A file other users could read, as config set in older versions left it, becomes private on the next save.
