Changed — may break callers

• The agent skill is listed on ClawHub as wirecat-memo. Install it with
  openclaw skills install @wirecat/wirecat-memo. The cli-memo listing is no longer updated.
  memo skill install still writes skills/cli-memo/.

Added

• person:me names you in context, relationships add, notes subjects, tasks assign, mentions confirm and
  projects gather --contact. It is the person the store marks as the owner; with none marked, the error says how to
  mark one (tg <profile> contacts link <your id> me).
• memo context person:<id> reads a person you already hold the reference of. It used to ask for a messenger
  account. The person is read from the one account that saw them; when several did, it lists them and asks for
  --source provider:account.

Fixed

• memo messages show <email> no longer prints the AMP and HTML versions of the body (about 4 000 characters of
  markup) after the plain text. --full brings them back.
• The skill sent agents to memo commands search <word>, which looks like a keyword search and answers
  not_found. memo commands takes a command path (memo commands search notes --json); the skill now says so, and a
  test checks that every memo command line in it names a command that exists.
