• Repeat a project-evidence time window with --before-time (MCP before_time), an ISO timestamp with a UTC
  offset used as the exclusive end. Days back are counted from that instant; explicit start dates also
  keep that end. Text output prints the exact cutoff. Reusing a cutoff does not freeze archive contents,
  registered aliases or account scope.

• Project evidence documentation distinguishes local search-index catch-up from creating facts,
  tasks or project links; it no longer claims that every evidence call writes nothing.
